Our Interactive Hot Spots create an excellent, low-cost alternative to a much more costly floor plan, priced at one low cost for unlimited Hot-Spots throughout the tour. Frequently those viewing virtual tours on-line, and seriously considering a purchase, will find themselves with pen and paper in hand, trying to sketch a floor plan, or, at the very least, a lay-out of the home. This exercise is often in vain as there are either just too few images to clarify the flow of rooms, or not enough detail can be seen through doorways to positively identify which room it is that lies adjacent. See limitation below.
With Hot Spots placed on selected doorways, windows, and pass-thru's, the mystery is over, and the home's layout revealed. Each Interactive Hot Spot is a small, red "target" that "floats" over pre-selected locations on each rotating Virtual Tour image. Often times there can be several Hot Spots on each image, and when those viewing the tour "click" on the Hot Spot, the image quickly changes to that of the room or outdoor area found through that doorway or window. A Hot Spot can be:
placing on the front door of the home to identify which home in the neighborhood is the one that is actually listed for sale,
placed on dark or distant doorways within an interior room image thus helping the prospect to understand the layout of interior rooms,
placed on the windows of interior tour images to reveal which windows face which areas of the yard, or
placed on the windows of exterior tour images to reveal which rooms lie within which windows.
Limitations of HotSpots
While Hot Spots are not found on the still shots of a tour, the Hot Spot located on a spinning Virtual Tour image can lead to a still shot.
