For Mac users using Internet Explorer Problem: The virtual tour viewer is blinking some text Solution: You will need to Download and install MRJ 2.2.5. The problem lies in the java version found in your operating system. Download instructions here. NOTE: If you have downloaded and installed MRJ 2.2.5 and still have problems viewing virtual tours in Internet Explorer 5, please reinstall MRJ 2.2.5. Problem: The Microsoft Virtual Machine is missing when accessing MGI applet viewer. Cause: Windows XP does not come with a Java Virtual Machine(JVM) installed. To run any java applet, including MGI's applet viewer, a JVM must be installed. Microsoft provides the update available to existing Microsoft VM installations via Windows Update.
